APPOINTMENTS
For preferred appointments, please call (415) 898-0426 or visit our online booking appointment. All first time appointments must be reserved with a credit card. Group reservations must be coordinated in advance and a deposit is required.
ATTIRE & PREPARATION
For enhanced relaxation and comfort, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatments.
Please feel free to wear your own loose fitting clothing. During most treatments we will be working from the decollete and up; therefore, we will provide you with a spa gown.
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. It is recommended that contact lenses be removed for the facial treatments.
At Moonstone Skin and Body Care we will always provide a free skin care analysis and product consultation.
PAYMENT & GRATITUTIES
Moonstone accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and ATM/Cash. All first time appointments must be reserved with a credit card.
In appreciation of quality service performed by our team, gratuities are appreciated. Tips may be given in cash or by credit card at the front desk at check out.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & ALLERGIES
When booking your appointments please notify us about any physical ailments, medical conditions and allergies. This will allow us to further personalize your treatments. Special conditions may include pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the full cost. All first time appointments must be reserved with a credit card.
CELL PHONE POLICY
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of other guests, please switch your cell phone to quiet or meeting mode.
